Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist recruiters in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment metrics
5. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
7. Contribute innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes and strategies
