Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job roles, key competencies, and recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards for data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
HR Operations:
  • Collaborate with HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding, documentation, and employee induction processes.
  • Support HR operations including HRIS data management, offer letters, background checks, and joining formalities.
  • Assist with policy implementation, employee documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of hiring and personnel processes for compliance and internal reviews.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities align with organizational goals and HR best practices.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with internal teams and external recruitment vendors/agencies for role closures.
  • Provide consultation and strategic hiring input to business leaders and HR partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate periodic recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring efficiency, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry benchmarks to stay competitive in talent acquisition strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, etc.) and HRMS systems.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Process Orientation: Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employment laws.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and trends to drive improvements in hiring and HR efficiency.
