What You'll Be Responsible For

Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and your own channels
Screen candidates for skills, experience, intent, and role fit
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process
Share well-qualified profiles with clear notes and context
Coordinate with Playdawn on feedback, interviews, and closures
