Candidate with Experience into Recruitment Required with min 2 years

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Attract new clients through sales, marketing, networking, and cold-calling; build strong client relationships.

Client Needs Analysis:

Understand client company culture, needs, and specific job requirements.

Sourcing Candidates:

Advertise roles, use databases, social media, and headhunting to find suitable applicants.

Screening & Shortlisting:

Review resumes, conduct interviews/tests, and create a shortlist of qualified candidates for clients.

Candidate Management:

Brief candidates, prepare them for interviews, provide feedback, and help with salary/benefit negotiations.

Process Management:

Arrange interviews, manage background checks, and finalize offers.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Sales & Communication:

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Business Acumen:

Understanding of HR, employment law, and specific industries.

Organization:

Strong time management and administrative skills.

Technical:

Proficiency with HR software, databases, and social media.

Personal:

Resilience, drive, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
