Amethyst Partners specializes in recruitment and executive search within the financial services, investment management, corporate services and fintech industries. Due to business demand, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our Recruitment team in Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

- Implement sales, business development, marketing strategies and networking to attract business from client companies so that we can work on their hiring projects. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to translate into placement & revenue.

Client Relationship Management

- Develop a good understanding of client companies to understand how we can support their talent requirements

Service Delivery

- Work closely with recruitment team to oversee and monitor delivery progress

Undertake executive research and candidate management activities

- including sourcing and screening for suitable candidates, managing recruitment and negotiation processes etc.

Results Driven & Motivated -

Work towards and exceeding targets (building up sales leads, pipelines and closure of deals)

Key Requirements:

Bachelor / Master Degree in Business, HR or any related fields At least 3+ years of working experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisitions / Business Development. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Junior position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Team management skills will be an advantage for Managerial position Self-driven with aspiration to develop a long term career in recruitment

Work Arrangement

Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) onsite Office location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
