Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services/solutions market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum
5 years of Business Development / Sales experience
in IT / ITES sector.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solution offerings.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
