Position Overview: This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Associate located in Noida. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates for various positions. The Recruitment Associate will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide solutions to fill open positions quickly and efficiently. The Recruitment Associate will also be responsible for managing candidate relationships and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills & qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes for both, Tech & Non-Tech positions
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics
• Experience in using recruitment tools and platforms
• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Communication, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
