Who You Are:

This position will be Remote, but you will be working closely with the United States and Canada teams through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and our software. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. We are a fast-paced company expanding rapidly, and we are seeking team members who will share our vision for the future and work collaboratively to accomplish Base8\'s goals. We pride ourselves on providing superior service to our clients, which includes attention to detail, following the processes in place, and being able to adapt to various situations.

Summary

This position involves helping the recruitment team in the hiring process. You must be a people person and has no trouble communicating with others in a friendly but professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Your responsibility is varied, but most involve helping the recruitment team filling vacant positions

• Posting job openings on employment websites like Naukri, Breezy, and Indeed, etc.

• Calling candidates and setting up their Interviews with respective hiring managers.

• Must be able to address applicants\' concerns about a job, collaborate with fellow team members, and determine which people fit best with the company, all while maintaining a professional but friendly attitude.

• 1-2 years\' experience in IT Recruitment is required

• Background in recruitment or sales or business administration is preferred

• Should have a talent for interacting with people.

• Bachelor\'s degree

• Excellent communication skills
