Role Overview

Filo seeks an experienced Tutor Recruitment Associate to strategically manage and grow our tutor supply vertical. This role entails attracting and hiring top talent, managing recruitment processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the right tutors with relevant skills join our platform to create value for students and tutors alike. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and brings a strong recruitment background, preferably within high-growth startups or the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

? Analyze the hiring needs within the tutor supply vertical to align recruitment strategies accordingly.

? Source, attract, and hire exceptional tutor talent across various subjects and backgrounds.

? Manage the hiring funnel and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with clear accountability for recruitment targets.

? Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to onboard tutors with the required expertise and skill sets.

? Identify diverse tutor profiles and position Filo as the preferred platform for educators to connect with students and contribute meaningfully.

Desired Candidate Profile

? Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth startup environments.

? Educational background in management or related fields is advantageous.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and ATS tools.

? Ability to make sound decisions and adapt within a dynamic work environment.

? Experience in the EdTech sector is highly preferred
