We are a Franchise Partner of a Global Executive Recruitment Firm , Antal International Network and looking for Associates in Recruitment and Business Development for our office.
Location - Gurgaon Sohna Road, Work from Office
Candidates in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon only will be considered.
Experience - Fresher to a maximum of 1 year

Recruitment
1. Managing sourcing of candidates from portals as per the client requirements
2. Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates
3. Closing the offer and managing the joining of the selected Candidates

1. Generating leads from Linkedin / other social media platforms
2. Engaging in calling and getting meetings
3. Negotiating and closing the contract
