Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on various portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Source and screen resumes as per the job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports
Handle initial candidate communication and follow-up
Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation of new hires
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in recruitment (preferred from education or service industry)
MBA in HR
or equivalent qualification
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in using MS Excel and online recruitment tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must have
own laptop and stable internet connection
