Qualification: Graduation (Any Discipline)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Preferably in Life Insurance / Financial Services)
Salary Package: ?5 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Recruitment and Development Manager (RDM) to join our growing Life Insurance team. The RDM will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team of high-performing Life Insurance Advisors, driving sales performance and building a strong distribution channel in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Identify, attract, and recruit qualified

Life Insurance Advisors (LIAs)

. Build a strong pipeline of advisors through various sourcing strategies (field recruitment, references, job portals, social media, etc.). Conduct interviews, selection, and onboarding processes in line with company standards.
Development & Training:

Provide regular training and support to advisors to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance awareness. Monitor advisor performance and implement development plans to improve productivity. Conduct joint fieldwork and sales calls with advisors to support business development.
Business Growth:

Achieve recruitment and sales targets through a team of active advisors. Drive performance through goal setting, performance monitoring, and motivation. Ensure high levels of advisor engagement and retention.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership and team-building capabilities. Ability to motivate and manage a team of advisors. Good understanding of the

Salary & Benefits:
