Conduct telephonic or video screening to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and license validity.
Maintain a live database of region-wise medical professionals, with their readiness for short-term/long-term assignments.
Coordinate interviews, documentation, onboarding, and deployment logistics with internal stakeholders..
Build strong relationships with
local recruitment vendors, nursing colleges, and medical institutions
to expand sourcing networks.
Track sourcing KPIs and report weekly hiring status to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR, Life Sciences, or Healthcare preferred)
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; regional languages are an advantage)
Familiarity with
job portals, social media hiring, Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to handle high-pressure timelines and manage remote deployments
Basic knowledge of
medical role requirements, licensing
