About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Manager to handle end-to-end hiring for our company. The candidate should be capable of managing bulk and skilled hiring, especially for industrial and factory roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles such as Factory Supervisor, Machine Operator, Helper, and other staff positions.
Write and post job advertisements across portals and WhatsApp groups.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Ensure timely joining and documentation of selected candidates.
Build a strong network for sourcing skilled manpower.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years experience in recruitment.
Experience in factory/industrial hiring preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Good knowledge of sourcing channels (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
