Role Summary:

We are looking for a

target-driven Field Recruiter

with prior experience in

local/blue-collar recruitment

. Your main role is to

convert leads provided by the company

into

car washing staff

for our operational teams. Your earnings will be directly linked to your performance through a clear incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact candidates from company-generated leads Explain job role, salary, and working conditions to candidates (Car Washing Staff) Schedule interviews, walk-ins, or direct onboarding Follow up regularly with candidates till they join Maintain daily report of calls, interested leads, and closures Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years experience in

local/field recruitment

Proven track record in

blue-collar hiring

(delivery, housekeeping, cleaning, factory, etc.) Strong communication skills in Hindi and local language Familiarity with WhatsApp, basic Excel or Google Sheets Target-oriented, proactive, and persuasive personality Ability to work independently

Incentive & Target Structure:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
