Accounting Faculty
member to teach and guide students in accounting, finance, and business-related subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students accounting, finance, and management subjects.
Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively.
Design lesson plans, course materials, and student assessments.
Mentor students in projects, assignments, and research work.
Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
Assist in academic and administrative work
of the college when required.
Cross-verify and review the college's accounting records and financial documents as part of internal academic support.
Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Management (M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent).
Teaching experience preferred;
freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
Good command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business operations.
