Job Title: Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO)



Location: Bangalore



Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only



Experience Required: 1-10 years



Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)



Employment Type: Full-Time



Roles and Responsibilities:



Intake & calibration: run role discovery with managers; define must?have vs nice?to?have; agree sourcing plan and SLAs.

Sourcing & screening: build pipelines; run proactive outreach; conduct structured pre?screens; submit calibrated shortlists.

Interview plan & debriefs: align panels, prep interviewers; consolidate feedback; recommend next steps.



Must have skills:



Experience with Global (USA) Proficiency in active sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities); Boolean/X?ray search techniques.



Ability to conduct structured pre?screens, competency/fit assessments, and shortlist quality candidates.



Good to have:Exposure to specialized sourcing (tech roles via GitHub/Stack Overflow; sales roles via social sourcing).



Experience Required:3-5 years in RPO/TA, with ownership of sourcing?to?offer cycles for multiple requisitions.

Education:Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Commerce.
