We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our recruiting operations. This person will be responsible for bringing in new clients, guiding and motivating the recruiting team, ensuring quality candidate submissions, and driving successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients and build strong relationships to bring in fresh requirements.
Guide, train, and support the recruiting team to improve performance and reach hiring goals.
Check candidate quality before submitting to clients.
Oversee submissions, interviews, and placements.
Track performance and improve team results.
Experience with state clients is a strong plus.
Work with the team to improve the overall candidate experience and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (with some team management background).
Proven ability to bring in new clients and build long-term relationships.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to check candidate profiles and ensure quality before submission.
Familiarity with ATS/recruiting tools and data-driven recruiting.
Experience working with state clients (preferred).
Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing.
Ability to build dashboards and interpret performance data.
