Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement recruitment strategies

to meet organizational hiring goals.

Manage and lead the recruitment team

, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle

, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Coordinate with department heads

to understand staffing requirements and create targeted hiring plans.

Maintain and improve applicant tracking systems

and recruitment databases.

Establish strong talent pipelines

through networking, job fairs, social media, and other sourcing channels.

Monitor recruitment metrics

(time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance

with company policies, labor laws, and hiring best practices.

Build employer branding initiatives

to enhance the company's market presence and attract top talent.

Prepare recruitment reports

and present hiring updates to management.

Requirements



3-7+ years

of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Prior experience in

leading a recruitment team

or managing end-to-end hiring. Experience using

ATS systems

, job portals, and sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Leadership qualities and team management skills. Strong focus on
