Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across various time zones, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Manage candidate communication and logistics, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Maintain and update candidate records and interview schedules in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support additional administrative tasks related to recruiting as needed.
Qualifications
4+ years of corporate experience, preferably in recruitment or HR coordination.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple time zones.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in international scheduling is a plus.
