As a Recruiting Associate L 2, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company s growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and leading a team of recruiters. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finding exceptional talent. Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process. Collaborate with the HR team to implement and enhance recruitment policies, procedures, and systems. Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement. Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting. Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of recruiters. In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and team members. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Excellent decision-making skills and ability to evaluate candidates objectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
