Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with US-based clients (EST)
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Understand client requirements and close positions on time
Daily reporting and ATS updates
Requirements
Graduate (any stream)
0-5 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in English.
Comfortable working
night shift aligned with EST
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Job Portals)
Willingness to work
on-site in Haridwar office
