10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (4th Saturday Off)

Job Summary:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn) and other channels Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds Handle salary negotiation and documentation Maintain updated candidate databases and records Ensure timely closures as per business requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong knowledge of Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn for sourcing Proficient in MS Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
