About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Recruiter with hands-on experience in

bulk hiring for the pharma industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience

working on an RPO model, managing end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

? Handle bulk hiring requirements for pharma clients within defined timelines.

? Work closely with client HR teams and hiring managers to understand manpower

needs.

? Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

? Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

? Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

? Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers for reporting.

? Ensure smooth onboarding coordination and follow-up with selected candidates.

? Meet recruitment targets and deliver high-quality candidate experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

? Experience: 2-4 years in recruitment (preferably in pharma or healthcare industry).

? Must have experience in bulk hiring and RPO model setups.

? Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

? Good understanding of sourcing strategies and market trends in the pharma sector.

? Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
