We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter HR to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of roles in the architectural industry. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and close top talent, with a target of 8 successful closures per month.
This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand hiring needs and job specifications, particularly in the architectural/design field.
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates using a mix of sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements.
Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment metrics and consistently achieve monthly closure targets (8 closures/month).
Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the architectural domain.
Proven ability to meet or exceed closure targets.
Familiarity with architecture-related roles (e.g., Architects, Interior Designers, BIM Specialists, CAD Drafters, Project Managers).
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and highly organized.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience recruiting for architecture firms.
Strong network of professionals in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
Understanding of technical skill sets and portfolios common in the architectural space.
