Job Description

Strategy and planning:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Sourcing and attracting:

Post job descriptions and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Screening and interviewing:

Review applications, conduct initial phone or video screenings, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordination:

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

Offer and onboarding:

Extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and assist with the onboarding process.

Relationship management:

Maintain a database of candidates, build relationships with them, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Market awareness:

Stay updated on hiring trends, industry best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques.
