This is a remote position. We are hiring for a freelance recruiter to support hiring requirement. JD is mentioned below:
-Must have fire in the belly to close hiring mandates.
-Should have good knowledge of recruitment cycle.
- Need to close hiring mandate as per client requirement.
-Sourcing candidates through different job platforms e.g. Naukri, Monstrer, Indeed, LinkedIn etc. Calling prospective job seekers.
-Maintaining database, Scheduling interview, Taking interview feedback.
Requirements
- The Candidate should have min experience of 3years in talent acquisition & recruiting.
- The candidate should be aggressive and target-oriented.
- Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and candidate management skills.
