Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting
process to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. This role
partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and delivers
a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals and
timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (sourcing through offer)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conducts phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare and extend job offers and support onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in a specific industry (manufacturing, healthcare, tech, etc.)
- Experience with high-volume or specialized recruiting
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
