Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements from different departments and create job descriptions accordingly.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Negotiate salary packages and release offer letters in coordination with HR policies.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
