Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and prepare job postings.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage candidate pipeline for both IT & Non-IT roles.
Coordinate client interviews and follow-ups.
Handle salary negotiations and offer management.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Skills Required
Strong sourcing skills using
job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and referrals
.
Familiarity with IT skills (Java, SAP, .NET, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, Networking, etc.).
Knowledge of Non-IT hiring (FMCG, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, Automobile, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure with multiple requirements.
Education
Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred, not mandatory)
