with experience in a

recruitment consultancy

to manage end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Hire across diverse roles -- faculty, designers, animators, IT staff, counsellors, sales, and support roles Reduce hiring turnaround time through efficient sourcing and interview coordination. Maintain structured documentation: JD creation, candidate trackers, MIS reports, dashboards

Strong sourcing skills using job portals, Boolean search, social hiring Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to handle pressure, multi-tasking, and target-oriented work culture Mandatory - Bengali language fluency

JOB LOCATION - TOPSIA - KOLKATA (WORK ON SITE )

WORK TIMINGS - 10 AM - 7 PM (MONDAY - SATURDAY )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
