As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting executive searches, shortlisting CVs, and coordinating with clients. You will also be involved in job portal searches and job postings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct executive searches to identify potential candidates for various positions
• Shortlist CVs based on job requirements and conduct initial screening interviews
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations
• Utilize job portals and other sources to search for potential candidates
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database
• Assist in coordinating interviews and assessments
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team

Job location will be Vadodara Gujrat

salary range up to 20000/- maximum
