Job Role

Identify, attract and engage with potential candidates. Develop, create and post technical job descriptions. Source candidates using a variety of job portals and networks. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities. Create and share personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.

Required Skills

self-motivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout. Masters Degree in HR or related field Experience in US Recruitment will be a huge plus. Hard working and willing to learn. Willing to work in Night Shifts.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
