We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to manage hiring for design and creative roles. This role involves candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and active client management to ensure timely and quality closures.

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate non-tech candidates for design roles Manage client coordination and ongoing communication Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments Oversee job postings and recruitment workflows Support recruitment events and hiring drives Work closely with internal recruiters to close positions

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to source candidates across platforms Good planning, coordination, and follow-through skills Experience hiring for design agencies or the design industry preferred Understanding of creative roles is a plus Degree in Psychology preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
