Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements for Non-IT positions
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates on interview status and offers
Support offer issuance and joining processes
Ensure smooth coordination throughout the hiring cycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
BBA / B.Com / MBA / Any Graduate
0-1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment (Freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
