Conduct initial interviews and schedule further rounds.
Maintain candidate records and update the hiring tracker.
Manage the interview and selection process end-to-end.
Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates.
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Feale with a Minimum 6 months - 2 years in the insurance industry.
Experience hiring sales roles in insurance is a strong advantage.
