to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring high-quality candidates for diverse roles . This role requires strong industry knowledge and the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements. Post job openings on various job portals. Source and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles. Conduct initial interviews and schedule further rounds. Maintain candidate records and update the hiring tracker. Manage the interview and selection process end-to-end. Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates. Support onboarding and documentation of new hires. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field. Feale with a Minimum 6 months - 2 years in the insurance industry. Experience hiring sales roles in insurance is a strong advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent sourcing skills with hands-on experience using professional networks. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle high-volume hiring, especially for sales and frontline insurance teams.
