Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Understand client requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
Maintain follow-up with candidates until joining.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple job roles.
Coordinate with clients for feedback and manage recruitment updates.
Maintain daily reports and candidate data in CRM/Excel.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
