Identify and qualify potential clients (households needing domestic help) through various channels (online marketing, referrals, networking, etc.).
Screen applicants to ensure they meet specific job requirements and client criteria (age, experience, language, skills).
Conduct interviews, background checks, and document verification.
Efficient in screening and hiring from social media.
Collaborate with recruitment agencies to source suitable candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and client interactions.
Prepare reports on recruitment status and performance.
Collect, verify, and process candidate documents (ID, passport, medical, police clearance, etc.).
Coordinate with overseas clients to understand job specifications and requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and background checks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic helpers throughout the hiring process.
