Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Real Estate Recruiter

to attract, screen, and onboard top-tier real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and support staff. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry and proven experience in sourcing and hiring real estate talent.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively source and recruit real estate agents and brokers through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, etc.). Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs. Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with leadership and management teams. Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify current and future hiring needs. Promote the company's culture, benefits, and growth opportunities to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Attend real estate networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote the brand and recruit candidates. Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the real estate or sales industry. Strong understanding of the real estate market, job roles, and licensing requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience working in a real estate firm or brokerage. Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies. 2+Exeperience in Recruiter.
