About the Role





We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven

Recruiter

to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring the right talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the full recruitment life cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various roles. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create clear, compelling job descriptions. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing on job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and manage the offer process. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback. Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to support decision-making. Leverage recruitment tools (Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, job portals) for efficient talent acquisition. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 2-6 years of hands-on recruitment experience in IT or specialized in data domain. Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of modern recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, Boolean search, referrals, etc.). Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to work with ATS (Zoho Recruit and similar tools). Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
