This includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet the company's staffing requirements efficiently and effectively. The role demands strong communication skills, market understanding, and coordination with department heads to ensure timely hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment process

Source candidates through
job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders during the selection process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
Support in new employee onboarding and documentation.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
Build relationships with placement agencies and colleges for talent acquisition.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in
Sales / BFSI / Financial Services
domain).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
