1. Source, screen and hire domestic agents for BPO roles, ensuring they meet skill development requirements for worker-type positions (e.g., training and up skilling focus in customer service or
operations).
2. Conduct mass recruitment drives to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets (e.g., aiming for 5-10 hires per day, 20-40 per week, or 80-100 per month, depending on business needs).
3. Acquaint and evaluate candidates on BPO-specific hiring processes, including background checks, interviews and onboarding.
4. Collaborate with teams to identify and develop skills in recruited agents, such as communication, customer handling, and BPO operational knowledge.
5. Focus on local talent acquisition in Thane and Hyderabad to build a regionally strong workforce.
6. Maintain recruitment databases, track progress and report on hiring metrics to ensure efficient and high-volume placements.
7. Ensure all hires align with company standards for
permanent, full-time positions.
