Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)
Screen resumes and applications
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports
Assist in employer branding and engagement activities
Support other HR functions as needed
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes and tools
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
