Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes to match client job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and interest level.
2. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
Share interview details and ensure candidates are well-prepared.
Follow up with candidates post-interview and update status.
3. Database Management
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database/ATS.
Track sourcing activity, interview feedback, and selection status.
4. Client Support
Work closely with senior recruiters/managers to understand client hiring needs.
Assist in preparing candidate summaries and submitting profiles.
Support in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs online.
5. Recruitment Process Support
Learn and apply end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing ? screening ? interview ? selection.
Support background checks and document collection during final selection.
6. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Provide a positive experience during the hiring process.
