Trainee
to join our team for a six-month internship. This role is ideal for MBA students or recent graduates in Human Resources who are eager to gain real-world experience and contribute to various HR functions in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment tasks: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
Help coordinate performance appraisals and internal surveys.
Draft HR-related documents and internal communications.
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR practices and principles.
Proficiency in Google Workspace(Google - Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Slides)
A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
