Main Duties

Write job ads, offer jobs, check backgrounds, and track hiring speed and success rates.?
Requirements
Bachelor's or MBA in HR; 3-5 years hiring experience in manufacturing or construction; ready to join immediately.
Know rules like PF and ESI; use hiring tools; understand factory staffing needs.?
Key Skills
