Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
Source and attract top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
Provide consultative hiring advice to clients, ensuring the best hiring decisions.
Negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate and client data.
Work towards achieving individual and team recruitment targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a recruiter in a consultancy or agency environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies
