Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS/HR system.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth communication.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple positions.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation for selected candidates.
Provide regular hiring updates and reports to the HR team.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
