Looking for atleast 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Source candidates using job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
