Key Responsibilities:
Source and Hire candidates through various channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Filter and shortlist suitable candidates based on company requirements.
Conduct initial discussions and assessments.
Assist in onboarding and training new recruits.
Maintain proper candidate tracking and follow-up until joining.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of recruitment experience
(mandatory).
Strong communication and people management skills.
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms.
Positive attitude and willingness to train and develop new candidates.
